The living room is the centre of the social life in the apartment and this is reflected in the precise craftsmanship of the interior layout and its furnishings, lighting and heating. In the premium option, selected apartments offer the option of adding a fireplace to the living room to create the right atmosphere in the evenings in the mountains.

Kitchen
In the kitchen, at the start of every nice evening, the emphasis was on the quality of surfaces and kitchen accessories. The standard of the kitchen area is the use of the highest-quality materials, as well as a design and functional solution in each of the apartments. There is always a choice of several different designs, based on the individual wishes of clients.
The kitchen cabinets are complemented by solid wood elements and integrated door handles. The countertop is from Technistone, and the wall cladding is included. Miele appliances offer comfort without limits: a full-size induction hob, built-in oven with added steam, a combi oven with microwave, a wine fridge and a built-in coffee machine.

In the premium variant, you can take advantage of cooperation not only with leading bed manufacturers, but also with lighting producers. This is where the perfect place for relaxation of the body and the senses is created.

Bathroom
Each apartment is equipped with a generous number of bathrooms so that the comfort and privacy of all its inhabitants are preserved to the maximum. The design takes into account maximum utility value and the use of high-quality materials and solutions already in the standard design, such as materials from leading Czech and foreign manufacturers, radiant heating and, of course, complete equipment.
The premium variant offers luxury ceramic tiles in combination with Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware. The bathroom furniture is fitted with Technistone elements, and the Ravak and Grohe taps have a Supersteel finish.
