The Real Estate Project of the Year competition, organized by the Czech Association of Developers, annually recognizes the most significant residential projects in individual regions across the Czech Republic. The projects are evaluated not only for their design, technology, and sustainability, but also for their contribution to the local community and surrounding environment.
The lead designer of Rokytná Resort is our long-time partner, architect Marco Maio, whose unique vision brings each project an unmistakable connection between originality and deep respect for local aspects and the surrounding nature.
