The architect’s word
The project responds thoughtfully to the local context of the area. Through the choice of materials, scale, and layout, we reference to the archetypal mountain architecture. The contemporary and clean-lined interiors engage in a harmonious relationship with the constantly changing nature of the highest Czech mountains. As always, we strongly focus on natural light and its gentle passage through the interior. Connection with the surroundings is enhanced by generous balconies, leisure gardens, and relaxation areas with views of a picturesque mountain stream.

Three apartment buildings located in the peaceful surroundings of Huťský stream in the heart of the Krkonoše Mountains. They form a community living space in a closed residential complex, offering plenty of shared facilities, wellness center, and a garden.

Shared facilities of the entire resort will provide its residents premium services.
A very popular wellness with a Finnish sauna and relaxation zone, ski and bike storage with a unique access system linked to each apartment, a boot dryer, and a service desk. For maximum comfort of all sports enthusiasts, the resort will offer easy access to rental services for skis, cross-country skis, bikes and scooters depending on the season and residents' preferences. A private storage space behind the entrance, a storage room and high-quality Wi-Fi connection throughout the resorst is also included of course. The outdoor areas offer seating. Together with selected local shops and restaurants, we are also preparing the option of food and meal delivery directly to the resort.

In the kitchen-the starting point for every pleasant evening-special attention was given to the quality of surfaces and the kitchen accessories. The kitchen area is defined by the use of top-quality materials as standard, as well as the stylish and functional design in each apartment. There is always a choice of multiple design options based on individual preferences.
The kitchen cabinets are complemented by solid wood elements and integrated door handles. The countertop is made by Technistone and includes wall tiles. Each apartment is equipped with an appropriate number of bathrooms, all in a high quality to ensure maximum comfort and privacy for all its residents. The design takes into consideration maximum functionality while using high-quality materials and solutions as standard, such as materials from leading Czech and foreign manufacturers, floor heating and fully equipped bathroom furniture of course.
The premium option offers luxurious ceramic tiles in a combination with Villeroy Boch sanitary ware. The bathroom furniture features Technistone elements, and the faucets from Grohe come with a Supersteel finish.

Rokytnice nad Jizerou is a thriving mountain town with complete amenities and excellent transport accessibility. The undisputed highlight of Rokytnice is undoubtedly its location, which is in the center of the enchanting nature of Krkonoše National Park.
Rokytnice is one of the best ski resorts in the Czech Republic. It is considered as the uncrowned king of Czech ski mountaineering and an excellent destination for cross-country skiing. The town offers several grocery and sporting goods stores, rental shops, ski schools, restaurants, a vibrant nightlife, pharmacy and medical services.

Perhaps the best local restaurant with excellent accessibility from the ski resort. Every day they offer a lunch menu and dishes from the regular menu. They have an excellent service. Expect it to be full during lunch time.

Regular guests may be able to get a reservation even during lunchtime, despite the usual practice.

Located right on Dolní náměstí (Lower Square). A pleasant restaurant with excellent food focused on both Czech and international cuisine. Daily lunch menu. And excellent Pilsner beer to go with it. Perhaps the menu is a little too large. WiFi is available of course. We definitely recommend visiting this place.
Secret tip!
Children's portions or a kids menu are no problem. The same goes for entertainment options in the kids' corner. Czech pub classics such as ribs, duck, pork knuckle, and more definitely wont disappoint.
BigFood Garage
FOOD/ENTERTAINMENT
A somewhat hidden but authentic mountain bar that you can easily reach on skis or on foot. The locals call it just "Garáž" (Garage). It has a very stylish atmosphere, serves quality Pilsner beer and the guests can choose from a simple menu. The food will certainly not disappoint you! It is an interesting place for an evening hangout or renting the entire space for a party. You just need to walk there and then walk back down to the valley after your visit.
Secret tip!
Don't miss out on the local burgers or grilled specialties. The local broth will nicely warm you up , but don't be afraid to try some quality spirits or carefully selected wines.
Dvoračky

Dvoračky also know as Štumpovka is the ideal place for a lunch break during skiing or a summer hike. The service is really fast and accustomed to really busy times. Here you will experience a true mountain atmosphere and service reminiscent of Alpine huts. Plus, with above average culinary skills. You can sit inside or outside on the terrace. Maybe just the Budvar, but that's really a matter of personal taste and opinion :-)

It would be a shame not to try the local buns that they bake by themselves at Dvoračky.
Na Potoce

A pleasant and cozy restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The food is excellent for local standards, you can choose from a varied menu ranging from pizza and pasta to Czech classics. The restaurant is popular among the locals as well, so you'll have no problem meeting new people and learning some interesting tidbits about life in the mountains. You'll enjoy the Svijany and Pilsner beers on tap.

A legendary music bar. The word "legendary" is appropriate for it, beacuse anyone who's been to Rokytnice and hasn't visited this place is like he has never been here at all. If you want to have fun on a Friday or Saturday night, this is your number one spot! destination. They serve excellent drinks, have two bars, a dance floor, and play recorded music or a DJ. You can also order a pizza here if you want to.
Secret tip!
The owner, Milena, can make even more complex and experimental cocktails. It's better to arrive later, around 8 PM, you'll practically have the place to yourself. But as time goes on, that can change very quickly. Most of the locals arrive here already warmed up from other places.
