The story of the apartment!
Zadní Plech, with a height of 1210 metres above sea level, is one of the peaks near Rokytnice. A very nice trail and one of the ski mountaineering routes, where you set off to Krakonoš's Breakfast (Krakonošova snídaně), to the Four Lords (Čtyři páni) and then back along the ridge. The path through the forest towards the summit is very lovely.

Secret tip
Although the surrounding forests are very enticing for off-trail skiing when powder has fallen, do so with caution. It's strictly forbidden, as this is the first zone of the national park.

The one-bedroom apartment on the second floor of the Skialp building guarantees plenty of light throughout the day thanks to the generous glazing on the entire south façade. In addition to the main living spaces, there is also a private, south-facing, 11-m2 balcony with a lovely view of the mountain landscape. The interior of the apartment provides plenty of built-in storage space and each apartment also has access to a communal wellness area with a Finnish sauna, separate cubicles for storing skis and bikes and the resort garden.

Rokytnice nad Jizerou is a mountain town with a full range of services and is one of the best ski resorts in the Czech Republic. The town is also the uncrowned king of Czech ski mountaineering and will delight cross-country hikers with both rugged terrain and groomed trails.
The name of the SKIALP apartment building celebrates Rokytnice nad Jizerou as the mecca of Czech ski mountaineering. Local landmarks such as Lysá hora, the Kotel peak and other places offer many nice trips – from those for ski mountaineering beginners, which run along the slopes, to more demanding tours along the ridges of the Krkonoše Mountains. The individual apartments in the Skialp building are named after interesting places that can be visited on ski tours of the area.
