Paseky nad Jizerou is just a stone's throw away and offers interesting cross-country ski tracks suitable for all skill levels. There are truly many routes here. You can follow in the footsteps of the fictional genius Jára Cimrman to Příchovice and stop at the U Čápa ski centre or drive to the Štěpánka lookout tower. From Paseky it is also possible to get to Kořenov to the Jizerská magistrála, an extensive system of cross-country ski trails, but that is really a full-day trip.

The one-bedroom 56-m2 apartment is located on the third floor of the Nordic building and its 11-m2 private balcony with access from both living spaces offers views of the breath-taking mountain panoramas. The south-facing orientation of the main living spaces and the glazing of the façade guarantee plenty of light throughout the day. The interior of the apartment provides plenty of built-in storage space and each apartment also has access to a communal wellness area with a Finnish sauna, separate cubicles for storing skis and bikes and the resort garden.

Rokytnice nad Jizerou is a mountain town with a full range of services and one of the best ski resorts in the Czech Republic. The town is also the uncrowned king of Czech ski mountaineering and will delight cross-country hikers with both rugged terrain and groomed trails.
The NORDIC apartment building symbolises the endless possibilities of cross-country skiing in Rokytnice nad Jizerou, which offers 32 km of groomed trails for cross-country skiing enthusiasts. Close by there are hundreds of additional kilometres of trails and the majority of the most famous and beautiful starting points in the Jizera and Krkonoše Mountains. The individual apartments in the Nordic building are named after these cross-country skiing locations.
